Getting the best possible start to your diet also takes planning. Below you'll find three stress-busting steps you can take to make sticking to the diet a lot easier.

Save the Date and Plan Day One

Pick the day you will start your weight-loss plan. Make sure you have no commitments that might tempt you to go off the diet. Once you have picked a start day, take some time to plan what and when you will eat. Plan your day to stay ahead of hunger.

Spread the Word

Talk to your friends and family about your plan – even if it feels hard. You don’t have to go it alone – and social support will make it easier for you to stay committed to making lasting changes.

Prep your Pantry

Go through your cabinets, pantry, and refrigerator. Get rid of temptations! It can also be helpful to clear out a cabinet or section of the pantry just for your TajQí foods and diet-approved condiments for your entrees, and add-ins for your shakes.
